This social media strategy presentation was created in collaboration with my fellow intern during a pivotal period for Trinity, as the company had recently taken full ownership of all of its social media platforms from the parent company, Burris Logistics.
With this transition came an opportunity to reassess brand voice, content direction, and overall platform strategy.
We tag-teamed the project, and this section highlights the slides I was responsible for developing. My focus was on identifying the current process, general social media research, defining the Trinity voice, and identifying our different audience segments.
This project emphasized the importance of adaptability, collaboration, and strategic thinking during times of organizational change.
